When you visit our showroom to select a new mattress or bed frame, our team will provide a written order confirmation. Your purchase is considered final once this confirmation is signed and a deposit or full payment is received.

Because our premium mattresses and custom bed frames are often made to order, please review your chosen dimensions and firmness levels carefully before finalizing your purchase.

We aim to deliver your new sleep products as efficiently as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the entryways and rooms in your home can accommodate the size of your chosen bed or mattress.

Due to strict hygiene standards, mattresses and pillows cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been removed from their original sealed packaging, unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect.

The sleep advice and recommendations provided by our staff, both in our showroom and on this website, are intended to help you choose the most comfortable mattress for your personal preferences.
